Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representative is responsible for handling all aspects of reservations/enquiries for our helicopter tour, shuttle and charter services. Assure our agents and their customer’s requirements are satisfied in accordance with company's objectives.

Qualifications:

- Experienced with customer service mainly in the tourism/airline industry.

- Excellent customer service skills. 

- Organized team player with the ability to multi-task and work independently.

- Excellent interpersonal skills and self-motivated.

- Excellent communication and ability to work under pressure.

- Computer literacy in MS Office and Internet.

- Able to work irregular hours, weekends and holidays.
